What To Expect

During your treatment, you are seated in a comfortable position, and a topical numbing agent or ice pack is applied to ease any pain or discomfort. You will receive multiple small injections to the desired area – a process that takes about 15 to 20 minutes. The exact number of injections depends upon the amount of fat in the area.

Liquid Lipo dissolves fat but does not remove loose skin. To fully understand if Liquid Lipo can meet your expectations, as opposed to results from a surgical procedure, discuss your goals at your consultation. We do oftentimes combine Liquid Lipo with Ultherapy®. Once the adipose tissue is removed, if loose skin remains, we can then perform an Ultherapy® treatment to firm it back up.

How many Liquid Lipo treatments does it take?

The number of treatments you’ll need is dependent on your desired outcome to be determined at your consultation. However, we tell most folks not to commit to Liquid Lipo unless they plan to do at least two treatments. This treatment is a process, not a quick fix.
